Valerie worked with the Church’s medical liaison office and was responsible for Olaiya’s care. She stayed by her side at the City of Hope and was with her until she passed. She knew how much Olaiya loved her daughter Mimi and wished that Mimi would have come to visit her more often during those difficult times.
